Winkelstraat.nl offers two separate environments. Each has its own credentials and its own data: products sent to staging never appear on the Winkelstraat.nl webshop.

Environment Host Purpose
Staging (test) https://staging-content.winkelstraat.nl Build and test your integration.
Production (live) https://content.winkelstraat.nl Real products, visible on Winkelstraat.nl.

The paths, request bodies and responses are the same on both environments; only the host and the credentials differ. The examples in this documentation use the production host. Replace it with the staging host while you are testing.

Steps to go live

  1. Request staging credentials (client ID and secret) from partnersuccess@winkelstraat.nl.
  2. Build your integration against staging. Send one or more test products, preferably a product with several sizes, including images.
  3. Winkelstraat checks your test products. If changes are needed, Partner Success contacts you with feedback.
  4. Request production credentials from partnersuccess@winkelstraat.nl once your test products are approved.
  5. Switch your integration to the production host and the production credentials.
