# Environments and going live

Winkelstraat.nl offers two separate environments. Each has its own credentials and its
own data: products sent to staging never appear on the Winkelstraat.nl webshop.

| Production (live) | `https://content.winkelstraat.nl` | Real products, visible on Winkelstraat.nl. |

The paths, request bodies and responses are the same on both environments; only the
host and the credentials differ. The examples in this documentation use the production
host. Replace it with the staging host while you are testing.

### Steps to go live

1. **Request staging credentials** (client ID and secret) from
   [partnersuccess@winkelstraat.nl](mailto:partnersuccess@winkelstraat.nl).
2. **Build your integration against staging.** Send one or more test products,
   preferably a product with several sizes, including images.
3. **Winkelstraat checks your test products.** If changes are needed, Partner Success
   contacts you with feedback.
4. **Request production credentials** from
   [partnersuccess@winkelstraat.nl](mailto:partnersuccess@winkelstraat.nl) once your
   test products are approved.
5. **Switch your integration** to the production host and the production credentials.
